As it is written in the Bible, “Come unto me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Having lived in a commerce-oriented society where everything was stressful, on the evening of March 23rdI saw multiple red spots suddenly appearing on the right side of my scalp. I immediately went to see a dermatologist. The doctor diagnosed me with herpes zoster. I couldn’t believe it; I had had a regular lifestyle. I didn’t smoke or drink, nor did I have any bad habits. How could I ever get such an illness?

On the second day following the onset of the illness, I took the antiviral medicine and painkiller prescribed by the doctor.
