Dr. Wen Tsung-Kai is trained and licensed in both Western medicine and TCM. He received his Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Chang Gung University.

Dr. Wen holds many prestigious roles as the board director and honored member of various TCM associations, and is an advisor to the government.

He has solely established his own clinic, which rivals major institutions as one of the largest, busiest and highest-grade in Taiwan.  

At the end of 2024, Dr. Wen set a new milestone in acupuncture with the publication of his book Truth. In the book, Treatise on Linking Acupuncture and Embryology, he presents the truths of acupuncture, which has made a profound impact on the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  

In February 2025, Dr. Tsai Hsiu-Pei joined the medical team, bringing new vitality to Wen’s Modern Acupuncture.
