Symptom : ankylosing spondylitis
From sitting in a wheelchair, to holding a cane to walking freely
I will never forget April 5, 2012 when it was too painful to move even a step until I was sent to the hospital. Later, I was diagnosed as having ankylosing spondylitis. I didn’t know what it was and never heard about it before. The doctor explained it was a kind of immunological disease. On those days, I suffered a lot and hoped to get better quickly by taking medicine. However, after taking medicine for three months, I still felt pain although there was a bit of improvement, especially in the morning when I got up. Every night I went to sleep, I would be afraid of getting up the next morning. One day, I read Doctor Wen’s patients’ testimonials on the Internet and I then went to see him. The first time I went there I was in a wheelchair. After the first acupuncture, I found my pain was relieved a little when I got up the next morning. After a period of treatment, I found my disease relieving gradually. I didn’t have to sit in the wheelchair any more and could walk with the support of a cane. And now I can walk even without a cane. I am still receiving the third treatment. It has been a bit tough since I have to shuttle from Taichung to Taipei, but I think it is worth doing so. With Doctor Wen’s treatment, I believe I can get back to my original life soon and live happily. I also take nourishment to supplement my nutrition and I am getting better and better. I will try to get well as soon as possible. Many thanks to Doctor Wen andto all those who have helped and encouraged me
